Designed to strengthen families and support fathers of young children, the program offers free one-on-one coaching, educational resources, and mentorship focused on child development, co-parenting, personal growth, and workforce readiness. Participants gained valuable insights into the important role fathers play in building healthy, thriving families and communities.
The team also reinforced its commitment to community safety and advocacy by supporting and participating in the Circuit 10 Human Trafficking Task Force’s Prevention and Awareness Summit. Through continued collaboration with local partners, the organization remains dedicated to increasing awareness, promoting prevention efforts, and connecting community members with training opportunities and resources to combat human trafficking.
In addition, the team recognized Heart Health Month through a partnership with Lakeland Regional Health. Attendees learned about the expansion of cardiology services and explored future healthcare developments planned for Polk County. The event highlighted the importance of accessible, high-quality healthcare and encouraged community members to take proactive steps toward improving their heart health and overall well-being.
Together, these initiatives reflect an ongoing commitment to fostering healthier, safer, and more resilient communities across Polk County.
